The Lock-N-Load Long Arm Suspension System is a bolt on system that requires ZERO welding and features patented technology [click for more...] available nowhere else. The front of the Jeep is set up with Duroflex Front Lock-N-Load Radius Long Arms which eliminates front end bushing bind, and you get the choice in the rear of either the Mid Arm Correction Kit or a full Rear Long Arm set up.

The MetalCloak Game Changing Duroflex™ Joints are the only vulcanized elastomer, self-centering joint enhanced with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber – providing incredible durability with more misalignment in the control arms and better vibration dampening than anything else available. Exclusive to MetalCloak (see detailed info in the main body).

The Front Radius Long Arm is comprised of thick 2.0 DOM .25 (1/4) wall steel front lower control arms with strength that can take abuse with forged threaded ends for the ultimate in durability.

Remove the bind in the Radius Arm suspension with a Lock-N-Load control arm. Allows up to 1.5 of movement under extreme forces that allows your suspension to really flex. Removes strain on bushings and brackets and provides the safety of 4 attachment points to your front axle without loosing any of the flex. Lock it for street use to stiffen up the handling and unlock it for massive articulation.

The Upper Front Radius Adjustable Control Arm is precision engineered to work with the Lock-N-Load radius arm suspension. The radius control arm is made with strong 1.25" DOM tubing for durability, allows for maximum up and down wheel travel while keeping the pinion angle in check, and has unparalleled on road handling characteristics that can not be denied.

The Front Long Arm Frame Mounts are used in replacement of the factory mounts to install the front lower control arms for the long arm suspension. Mounts are fully welded and boxed for maximum strength; the 1/4" steel brackets are low profile for clearance and are finished in gold zinc for a long lasting finish and feature a bolt-on installation without any welding. *Front factory brackets must be removed for install.

Choose the rear system you desire. Select the Patented bolt on Rear Mid Control Arm System or a Rear Long Arm System.

The Rear Mid Arm Correction System is a bolt on system that comes with thick 1.625" DOM .25 (1/4) wall steel lower control arms provide strength that can take abuse with forged threaded ends for the ultimate in durability. Upper control arms are 1.5" DOM .1875 (3/16) and formed to provide clearance for up and down travel. Upper and Lower Control arms utilize our patented Duroflex bushings for bind free, service free articulation.

The Axle Rear Control Arm Bracket improves the drivability in you lifted JT Gladiator Jeep by reducing the angle of the upper control arms AND correct caster issues with optimal driveline phase. The gusseted, solid-welded, 1 piece 3/16" hot rolled steel plate brackets ensure strength where you need it.

The Rear Long Arm option does require cutting off the rear factory control arm brackets but provides the most consistent wheelbase over the full range of travel for optimal performance. Lower Control arms are made of strong 2.0 DOM .25 (1/4) wall steel with strength that can take abuse and are enhanced even further with forged threaded ends for the ultimate in durability. The upper rear control arms are 1.5 .1875 (3/16) and formed to provide clearance for both up and down travel. The Rear "BOLT-ON" Control arm brackets are formed of 1/4 Steel Plate and angled to slide over obstacles with out catching. This system does require cutting off the rear factory control arm brackets and is for the off-roader that demands precision when it comes to wheelbase and pinon angles.

This system comes with a complete 3/16" steel replacement crossmember! The Crossmember is CAD designed, made of thicker steel over factory and provides additional attachment points that adds structure/strength to your Jeep.

MetalCloak True Dual Rate™ Coils provides the most comfortable and stable ride over traditional single rate lift springs, and provide better load handling than the typical "progressive/multi-rate" coils. Our True Dual Rate coils are extra long in free-length to maintain contact for extreme articulation. MetalCloak has over a decade of proven dual-rate coil performance.

The front true dual rate coils come with MetalCloak's Front Lower Coil Correction Pads. This polymer isolator replaces the OEM plastic part and corrects the coil bow that may be caused when using the worn parts. Fits in factory location and is a quick upgrade to fine tune your Jeep.

MetalCloak Thermoset Elastomer Upper Front Coil Isolator upgrade pads are designed to last and outperform factory parts. The pads are made specifically for MetalCloak True Dual Rate Coils and are model specific.

The Durotrak bushings reduce NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) that can be transferred to the driver and provides a smoother ride while also improving the vehicles steering input. The patented bushing is a 2-part design that can rotate 360 degrees in a vertical plane unhindered while minimizing horizontal forces to keep the Jeeps axle centered and you going in the right direction.

We offer a choice in shocks; run the shock set-up you choose to fit your build needs. If you have a different idea of what shocks will work best for you- go for it. The choice is yours to buy the suspension with or without shocks; the choice up to you.

Adjustable height front and rear bump stops are a MetalCloak first and allow you to adjust the travel to be tailored to the size of tire you have optioned for. Add more bump stop or remove to adjust to the clearance you need without having to remove the coils.

All MetalCloak suspension components, are designed for maximum up AND down travel while providing the best suspension geometry available to deliver the performance you demand.

MetalCloak “components” have been proven safe with the FMVSS certificate of safety configured with 37inch tires, full body armor and suspension lift.

Note: Due to the long-travel MetalCloak suspensions provide, factory drive shafts will contact OEM components and wear quickly when at the extremes of articulation. An aftermarket driveshaft will be needed.

Note: MetalCloak engineers have chosen shocks that have been proven to have the ideal synergy with our systems. We have not tested other shocks on the market as to whether they complement our Game-Changer system or suppress its performance.

Most manufacturers build their control arms misaligned from center. Why? It simply costs less to do so.

By not cutting any corners, our joints are Centered and Aligned reducing wear and improving performance.

The adjustable threaded ends are Forged providing a 37% higher fatigue strength over inferior cast parts, this EXTRA rock bashing strength will hold up to whatever you throw at em.

How Does The Lock-N-Load Work?

The Lock-N-Load performs as a standard "solid control arm" when locked; when unlocked "or loaded" it allows for the axle to roll forward or backward without reliving stress on the bushings and brackets that will provide a longer service life AND directly equate to better articulation that keeps tires on the ground.

The lock-n-load is designed to lock or unlock the spring without changing the length of the control arm; the unique and patented design provides stability on the road when locked out and increased suspension mobility when off road.

What are True Dual Rate Coils?

MetalCloak JT Gladiator True Dual Rate™ Coils have one of the longest free length in the industry for greater articulation without sacrificing the OEM ride quality.

Lower Front Coil Isolator Correction Pads

The RockSport Remote Reservoir Black shocks are specifically made to work with MetalCloak True Dual-Rate Coils; the Digressive valving provide the best of slow and fast speed performance.

Shocks are made with 2.5 diameter, 3/16 thick wall aluminum with a huge interior for fluid to ensure they stay cool and hold up to on and off-road abuse.

Driveshaft: Due to the long-travel MetalCloak suspensions provide, factory drive shafts will contact OEM components and wear quickly when at the extremes of articulation. An aftermarket driveshaft will be needed. (Front Auto Transmission Drive Shaft)

Shock Options: MetalCloak engineers have chosen shocks that have been proven to have the ideal synergy with our systems. We have not tested other shocks on the market as to whether or not they compliment our Game-Changer system or suppress its performance.

True Dual Rate Coils: MetalCloak does not recommend powder coating your True Dual Rate Coils. See instructions for additional details.

Suspension Alignment: We Recommend You Have a Suspension Specialist Align Your Jeep Once a MetalCloak Suspension is Installed.

System Customization: This item is being offered as a complete system that contains all the components shown. We cannot customize, replace or remove a component from the kit. If you need a custom order, all components are available individually and our sales team is happy to help you place your order.
