Shipping Information

Part of Metalcloak's award winning customer experience is providing the best possible shipping methods and rates. We currently ship most products FedEx with a few items shipping USPS.

We are located in Northern California. All products ship directly from our manufacturing facility in Rancho Cordova, California. At most FedEx quotes 4 days to deliver a package across the US and FedEx counts Saturday and Sunday in those numbers. 

If your item has shipped and you do not have a tracking number, in most cases you can get your tracking number from your account page on our website.

Contiguous United States

For the Contiguous United States, we offer Free Shipping on all orders over a specified amount. That amount varies per website. On metalcloak.com it is $70. On KMSafari.com it is $100. 

Free Shipping is for all customers, retail and wholesale. 

During Sales we tend to offer Free Shipping Storewide, with no restriction on the size of your shopping cart. 

Canada, Alaska, Hawaii

For our friends in Canada, Alaksa and Hawaii we do not offer Free Shipping. Sometimes during sales weekends, we have been known to announce a 50% discount in shipping to these areas. To get the discount, the customer places the order with full shipping price paid and we split the cost when processing the order. --

Note for Canadian Customers -- we do not cover taxes, duties or any other fees on your shipment.

International

We will ship to many international countries. However, you must request a shipping quote prior to ordering. To request a quote, please use this form. Just select International Shipping Quote as your subject and specify what you are ordering and the full address it is shipping to.

Damaged Package or Products

If you package arrives damaged please take images of them and Contact Us immediatly so we can make sure your product is not damaged. 

Sometimes a product may arrive where the product itself has shipping damage but the box does not. Again, Contact Us immediately and we will take care of you.
