MetalCloak® only builds what we believe we can build better than anyone else in the off-road aftermarket. That standard has held since day one.
Our History
We launched into the Jeep aftermarket with a single product: the first and only Arched Tube Fender for the Jeep TJ… delivering high-line clearance without cutting stock fenders or hood, and changing how the industry thought about body armor.
We expanded body armor across multiple Jeep platforms (CJ-5 through JK), earning a reputation for the most clearance and the easiest installation in the industry.
Our 6Pak Shock System and Duroflex® Joint launched together… introducing the first high-misalignment, vibration-dampening suspension joint to the off-road world.
As Jeep introduced the JL Wrangler in 2018 and the JT Gladiator in 2019, MetalCloak® delivered complete body armor, bumpers, and suspension lineups for both platforms.
When Ford brought the Bronco back, MetalCloak® was ready with a full systems lineup, including armor, bumpers, and suspension, bringing our engineering philosophy to an entirely new platform and customer.
We launched complete coverage for the INEOS Grenadier and expanded deep into the Toyota and Lexus ecosystem… 4Runner, Tacoma, Tundra, Sequoia, FJ Cruiser, GX series, and Land Cruiser. New product lines followed: Carbon Axles, RockSport BLACK reservoir shocks, our Durotrak® track-bar bushing technology, and a growing Drivetrain line.
MetalCloak® holds patents across suspension geometry, bushing technology, and articulation testing… including the CTI Trailer (U.S. Patent 10,539,484), our purpose-built suspension articulation testing platform that's become both an engineering tool and a licensable IP asset. View our patents →

From Computer Aided Design (CAD) of every component to CNC manufacturing processes, we hold every product to the same standard: it fits your rig the right way, the first time, every time. Our engineering team works hand-in-hand with our shop floor, and our patent portfolio reflects more than a decade of compounding innovation across suspension geometry, bushing technology, and articulation testing.
