JL/JT RockSport Axle Disconnect Skid Plate Upgrade Kit
Replace the weak factory skid cover on the center axle disconnect for your Jeep JL Wrangler or JT Gladiator Truck and upgrade from the small factory steering damper with a Specifically Tuned RockSport Steering Stabilizer; the stabilizer mounts relocate the damper up and out of harms way.Features Include:

The optional billet mount is a two piece aluminum design, is simple to install, and allows you to position the stabilizer for maximum performance. Finished in anodized black with a laser engraved "M" around the recessed bolt holes for a clean and custom look.
Note: Minimum 2" lift required.
Note: The RockSport steering stabilizer kit works with Left Hand Drive applications only.
Note: Raised steering stabilizer requires at least 2” of bump stop to clear frame.

The JL Wrangler & JT Gladiator have a low hanging axle disconnect box located off the rear side of the front axle on the passenger side. This system comes with a 3/16" Skid Plate to protect this important piece of equipment and Steering Stabilizer Relocation (S/R) brackets to move the stabilizer up and out of harms way.

The MetalCloak Billet Steering Stabilizer Tie Rod Mount is designed for the MetalCloak JK Wrangler, JL Wrangler & JT Gladiator Tie Rod. The billet clamp is fitted for 1.625" outer diameter.

Steering Stablizer Axle Side Mount
The MetalCloak Steering Stabilizer, Axle Side Mount relocates the axle side of the steering stabilizer to better protect the steering stabilizer from debris by moving the stabilizer up and out of harms way from where the factory steering stabilizer is mounted. Simple to install using existing factory holes for a bolt on application. The steering stabilizer axle side mount requires a minimum 2" lift.

Designed for the rigors of a lifted Jeep that is equipped with over sized off-road tires, the ROCKSPORT STEERING STABILIZER is a fantastic upgrade for Jeeps that stay on the road or go all out when off-roading.
This will reduce the damaging vibration that shortens the life of ball joints, bushings, and other front end components.
