Each coilover includes an aluminum remote reservoir with a Mil-Spec Type III HARD Anodized Black Infinity Finish for corrosion resistance. A stainless steel braided hydraulic hose with a 3,000 psi working pressure connects the reservoir to the shock body. Gold zinc-plated mounting brackets made from 1/8" hot rolled steel provide a secure mounting point.
Easy 8 Setting Compression Adjustment lets you tune damping using a billet aluminum knob. Each click increases compression force by approximately 15%, allowing you to adjust the ride for highway comfort and changing trail conditions.
The Parabolic Valve Stack (Patent Pending #63/743,954) contours the butterfly valve shims under fluid pressure, creating variable resistance as loads change. This compact design provides refined damping for a balance of comfort and control.
The high-flow piston features nine ports: six for compression and three for rebound. These ports manage fluid flow throughout the coilover stroke. A recessed inner cap allows the piston to enter the cap, maximizing usable travel within the shock's overall length.
Oversized 7/8" shafts feature an induction-hardened surface rated at Rockwell C 60+ and hard chrome plating. The durable surface provides a smooth interface for the seals and wipers while resisting wear.
Gold anodized preload collars allow you to adjust spring preload and ride height to suit your Tacoma setup. Combined with adjustable compression damping, this provides flexibility to tune the suspension for daily driving, overlanding, and off-road use.

Braided Hydraulic Hose
The remote reservoir connects to the shock through a stainless steel braided hydraulic hose with a synthetic lining and natural rubber exterior. The hose has a 3,000 psi working pressure, with oversized flow passages to support shock oil flow.

Parabolic valving (Patent Pending #63/743,954) provides precise fluid flow in a compact piston stack. Machined parabolic forms contour the butterfly valve shims under fluid pressure, creating variable resistance as loads change.
Piston Compression Ports
The piston features nine ports: six for compression and three for rebound. These ports distribute fluid pressure across the butterfly valve shims. A Mil-Spec Type III Clear HARD Anodized finish helps protect the piston against wear.
Inner Recessed Cap
Recessed end caps allow the piston to travel farther within the shock body, maximizing usable travel. A removable bump cap helps protect the seal assembly at full compression and provides access for servicing.
Oversized Chrome Shaft
Oversized 7/8" shafts feature hard chrome plating and an induction-hardened surface rated at Rockwell C 60+. The durable surface resists wear and provides a smooth interface for the seals and wiper.
