TJ/LJ/YJ Jeep Wrangler SlimCrawler Rear Bumper is a minimalist, low-profile design that removes unnecessary bulk while maintaining strength where it matters. Built for clearance and function, this bumper tucks tight to the rear of the vehicle to maximize departure angle without sacrificing recovery capability.

Integrated 3/4" thick steel shackle mounts are fully welded on both sides of the bumper, providing reliable recovery points. The center section is aggressively trimmed to further improve departure angle and reduce hang-ups on obstacles.
Strength is increased through additional gusseted 3/16" steel frame braces along with a C-channel style reinforcement brace that supports and strengthens the factory rear crossmember. This reinforcement is built from 3/16" hot rolled steel and finished in a gold zinc coating for corrosion resistance and durability.
The bumper is finished in a textured black powder coat, paired with gold zinc reinforcement components, and proudly made in the USA.
Note: Shackle mounts are engineered for recovery use only and are not designed for flat-towing.

The MetalCloak SlimCrawler Rear Bumper is the perfect bumper for maximum departure angle for a TJ, LJ, or YJ Wranglers. Built with thick 3/16" steel and mounting directly to the rear frame cross-member this bumper tucks up and out of the way providing a ton of clearance.
Rear Crossmember Reinforcement Brace
Reinforcement Frame Brace
The reinforcement frame brace mounts directly to the frame providing additional strength to the rear bumper giving you more piece of mind when going over obstacles. The bracket is made of 3/16” hot rolled steel and is finished in MetalCloak’s signature gold zinc chromate.
Welded On Shackle Mounts
Dual 3/4" thick steel, welded on shackles mount on the left and right side of the bumper giving you needed recovery points.
