Reinforced with Kevlar®

DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber is compounded into MetalCloak's proprietary Duroflex™ elastomer for added strength and durability.

Duroflex™ Bushings containing Kevlar® can be identified by the MetalCloak “M” on the outer surface.

Full-Size Strength

The 3" Duroflex™ Joints are designed for the demands of full-size RAM trucks. Kevlar®-infused elastomer combines articulation, rotational movement, and noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) isolation in a maintenance-free design.

Lower Front Radius Long Arms

The lower front radius long arms are engineered for clearance during both up-travel and down-travel.

Their strong construction helps shield undercarriage components while allowing wheel travel and maintaining pinion angle control.

Designed for on-road handling and off-road articulation, these arms provide a durable foundation for your RAM suspension.

Optional Lock-N-Load™

MetalCloak's Lock-N-Load™ Radius Arm System addresses the bind that can place stress on radius arm bushings and axle brackets during articulation.

At full droop, the Lock-N-Load™ extends, compressing one spring and extending the other. At full compression, it shortens while maintaining spring resistance.

How Does Lock-N-Load™ Work?

When locked, Lock-N-Load™ functions as a solid control arm. When unlocked, or “loaded,” it allows axle rotation to reduce stress on bushings and brackets while increasing articulation and helping keep tires in contact with the ground.

The patented design allows the spring mechanism to be locked or unlocked without changing the control arm's set length, providing on-road stability and increased off-road suspension movement.

Polyurethane front upper spring captures/isolators keep MetalCloak RAM True Dual Rate™ Coils centered while reducing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH).

Front Lower Coil-Correct Captures

Constructed from 3/16" hot rolled steel plate and .120" wall steel tubing, the front lower Coil-Correct captures work with RAM front True Dual Rate™ Coils to center, angle, and retain the springs to eliminate coil bow.

Patented Durotrak™ Bushings

The patented Durotrak™ Bushing (metalcloakpatents.com) uses MetalCloak's proprietary elastomer compound to reduce noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH).

Its two-piece design threads together for installation without a press, helping isolate vibration while allowing controlled suspension movement.

Oversized 1" Heim Joint

The front track bar's oversized 1" steel heim joint features a carbon fiber-reinforced insert designed to reduce wear without requiring lubrication. Its zinc-plated finish helps resist corrosion.

Front Durotrak™ Track Bar

The solid chromoly front track bar is shaped for clearance during up-travel and down-travel, with clearance for aftermarket axle housings.

Rear Durotrak™ Track Bar

The adjustable rear Durotrak™ Track Bar features patented two-piece Durotrak™ bushings at both ends of a solid 1.375" OD 4130 chromoly steel bar. Adjustable length allows rear axle positioning, while the gold zinc finish helps protect against corrosion.

Bump Stop Towers

Front and rear bolt-on bump stop towers reposition the factory bump stops to accommodate the added lift height.

Sway Bar Link Extensions

Extended sway bar links help maintain the sway bar's position after lifting your RAM. MetalCloak's extensions install at the factory mounting locations without cutting or modification.

RockSport BLACK Reservoir Shocks

RockSport BLACK remote reservoir shocks are designed to work with MetalCloak True Dual Rate™ Coils. Digressive valving balances control across low and high shock shaft speeds.

The 2.5" diameter aluminum bodies have 3/16" wall thickness and a large fluid capacity to help manage heat during on-road and off-road use.

Easy 8 Setting Compression Adjustment

An easy-to-grip billet knob with laser-marked numbers provides eight compression settings. Each click increases compression force by approximately 15%, allowing you to tune the shocks for daily driving comfort and off-road control.

Braided Hydraulic Hose

The remote reservoir connects to the shock through a high-pressure hydraulic hose with a Teflon inner core, stainless steel braid, and protective polymer outer layer. Optimized flow passages support shock oil movement between the body and reservoir.

Inner Recessed Cap

Machined recesses inside the end caps maximize usable shaft travel within the shock body. A removable bump cap helps protect the seal assembly at full compression and provides access for servicing.

Oversized Chrome Shaft

The oversized 7/8" shaft is induction hardened to Rockwell C 60+ and hard chrome plated for durability. Its smooth surface provides a consistent contact area for the seals and wiper.
