True Dual-Rate Coils with front anti-bow coils are supported with massive lower coil-correct captures with additional polyurethane upper coil capture/isolators for the smoothest ride available.
Massive, Kevlar infused Duroflex joints are housed in Adjustable Forged Ends that thread into strong 2in OD DOM Control arms for amazing flex and NVH (noise/vibration/harshness) capabilities along with maintenance-free durability you demand for your truck.
Choose between the Ram Radius arm or the MetalCloak exclusive Ram Lock-N-Load upper control arm that allows for stability on the road for daily driving and unleashes the flex of the suspension when off-road situations require maximum tire contact.
The Front Track Bar oversized spherical bearing handles directional load, forged CNC machined bearing housing with off set design ensures maximum clearance. The adjustable threaded rod end is forged that give a 37% higher fatigue strength over inferior cast parts, this EXTRA rock bashing strength will hold up to whatever you throw at em.
The Front Track bar comes with the Delrin™ Bushing; made with black round bar Delrin. The Delrin bushing is strong and rigid providing a high resistance to repeated impacts, long-term fatigue endurance, and has excellent resistance to moisture.
The Durotrak adjustable rear track bar for the Ram Truck is built with Patented Durotrak 2 piece bushing that is mounted to the solid 1.375 OD 4130 chromoly bar. The bar is finished in gold zinc for the ultimate in durability against the elements.
Front and Rear bump stops towers reposition the factory parts to function correctly for the added lift height.

Optional Lock-N-Load
MetalCloak's Lock-N-Load Radius Arm system removes the most common problem that causes more long term damage to bushings and axles... BIND.
The Lock-N-Load extends at full droop, compressing one spring and extending the other.
At full stuff, the Lock-N-Load compresses. There is always compression and resistance.
How Does The Lock-N-Load Work?
The Lock-N-Load performs as a standard "solid control arm" when locked; when unlocked "or loaded" it allows for the axle to roll forward or backward eliminating stress on the bushings and brackets providing a longer service life AND directly equate to better articulation that keeps tires on the ground.
The lock-n-load is designed to lock or unlock the spring without changing the length of the control arm; the unique and patented design provides stability on the road when locked out and increased suspension mobility when off road.

What are True Dual Rate Coils?
MetalCloak True Dual Rate™ Coils have one of the longest free length in the industry for greater articulation without sacrificing the OEM ride quality.
Without the advantage of the Dual Rate Design, the required Spring Rate would be too low and "squishy" -- just loading your Jeep up with supplies would affect ride height and quality. (Learn More About True Dual Rate Coils)
Front RAM True Dual-Rate anti-bow springs do not neck down like 'typical coils" and alleviates coil bow as the additional support from the larger diameter coil maintains structure and provides better performance.
Front Upper Spring Capture/Isolators
Polyurethane Front Upper Spring Capture/Isolators capture MetalCloak RAM True Dual Rate coils and isolate NVH (noise vibration and harshness) while keeping the coils centered.
Front Lower Coil-Correct Captures
Strong 3/16" .120 wall steel Front Lower Coil-Correct Captures work in conjunction with MetalCloak True Dual-Rate Ram Front coils to center, angle and capture the coil to eliminate coil bow.
Front Track Bar - Forged for Strength

Front Durotrak Track Bar
The Solid Chromoly track bar is uniquely designed to clear on up-travel as well as down-travel AND fit aftermarket housings. No other track bar is designed with this much clearance and up-travel in mind.
Not just any track bar bushing...meet the Patented Durotrak
The Patented Durotrak ™ Bushing (metalcloakpatents.com) is a NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) bushing made with a proprietary elastomer compound unique to MetalCloak. The Durotrak™ two part bushing is comprised of two pieces that thread together making this bushing simple to install without a press, reduces vibration and harshness transferred to the driver, and improves vehicle steering input.
Rear Durotrak Track Bar
The Durotrak adjustable rear track bar for the Ram Truck is built with Patented Durotrak 2 piece bushings that are mounted on both sides of the Solid 1.375 OD 4130 chromoly bar. The bar is finished in gold zinc for the ultimate in durability against the elements.
Bump Stop Towers
3/16" hot rolled steel Plate spacer (3" x 3" .188 WALL Steel Tube) Front and Rear bump stops towers reposition the factory parts to function correctly for the added lift height.
Sway Bar Disconnects
When Lifting a Truck the sway bar links also need to increase in length to keep your sway bar adjusted properly. MetalCloak Extended Sway Bar Links bolt directly into the factory locations with no cutting or modification required.
Choose Your Shocks
The RockSport Black Shock
The RockSport Remote Reservoir Black shocks are specifically made to work with MetalCloak True Dual-Rate Coils; the Digressive valving provide the best of slow and fast speed performance.
Shocks are made with 2.5 diameter, 3/16 thick wall aluminum with a huge interior for fluid to ensure they stay cool and hold up to on and off-road abuse.

Eight Settings Compression Adjustment
Large, easy to grip billet knob with laser marked numbers allow you to change the compression setting simply; choose from 8 settings that add an additional 15% compression force at each click to tune in your Gold Standard. Dial in your off-road comfort along with great daily driving performance.
Braided Hydraulic Hose
The Remote reservoir connects to the shock with a high pressure, polymer overlaid, stainless-steel braided, reinforced , Teflon inner core, hydraulic hose, with optimized flow orifices to allow unhindered shock oil flow.
Inner Recessed Cap
Our completed package allows for maximum shaft length to be utilized and provides more travel than any similar size Monotube shock; even the internals of the end caps are machined out for additional travel. Removable Bump Cap protects the seal assembly from full compression damage and provides access for servicing the shock.
Oversized Chrome Shaft
Oversized 7/8" hard chrome plated shafts, induction hardened to Rockwell C 60+, exceeding most competitors in durability and can take a beating over and over providing the BEST protection from rock debris; this allows a consistently smooth surface for seals and wiper to ride on.
