True Dual-Rate Coils with front anti-bow coils are supported with massive lower coil-correct captures with additional polyurethane upper coil capture/isolators for the smoothest ride available.
Massive, Kevlar infused Duroflex joints are housed in Adjustable Forged Ends that thread into strong 2in OD DOM Control arms for amazing flex and NVH (noise/vibration/harshness) capabilities along with maintenance-free durability you demand for your truck.
You have a choice in coils in the rear depending on what you want your truck to do. Choose either the Maximum Articulation True Dual Rate Lift Coils for the best off-road flex OR reuse the factory rear coils with the provided MetalCloak lift structure to match the height to the front and still retain the factory towing specs for hauling.
The MetalCloak exclusive Ram Lock-N-Load Upper control arm allows for stability on the road for daily driving and unleashes the flex of the suspension when off-road situations require maximum tire contact.
Front and Rear Track bar brackets are made of thick 1/4in steel plate for a "no compromise" mount that also adds additional support mounts over factory for even more increased strength.
Geometry corrected, forged pitman arm adds strength and matches the geometry of the track bar to the drag link for effortless, worry-free steering control.
Front and Rear bump stops towers reposition the factory parts to function correctly for the added lift height.

Optional Lock-N-Load
MetalCloak's Lock-N-Load Radius Arm system removes the most common problem that causes more long term damage to bushings and axles... BIND.
The Lock-N-Load extends at full droop, compressing one spring and extending the other.
At full stuff, the Lock-N-Load compresses. There is always compression and resistance.
How Does The Lock-N-Load Work?
The Lock-N-Load performs as a standard "solid control arm" when locked; when unlocked "or loaded" it allows for the axle to roll forward or backward eliminating stress on the bushings and brackets providing a longer service life AND directly equate to better articulation that keeps tires on the ground.
The lock-n-load is designed to lock or unlock the spring without changing the length of the control arm; the unique and patented design provides stability on the road when locked out and increased suspension mobility when off road.

What are True Dual Rate Coils?
MetalCloak True Dual Rate™ Coils have one of the longest free length in the industry for greater articulation without sacrificing the OEM ride quality.
Without the advantage of the Dual Rate Design, the required Spring Rate would be too low and "squishy" -- just loading your Jeep up with supplies would affect ride height and quality. (Learn More About True Dual Rate Coils)
Front RAM True Dual-Rate anti-bow springs do not neck down like 'typical coils" and alleviates coil bow as the additional support from the larger diameter coil maintains structure and provides better performance.
Front Upper Spring Capture/Isolators
Polyurethane Front Upper Spring Capture/Isolators capture MetalCloak RAM True Dual Rate coils and isolate NVH (noise vibration and harshness) while keeping the coils centered.
Front Lower Coil-Correct Captures
Strong 3/16" .120 wall steel Front Lower Coil-Correct Captures work in conjunction with MetalCloak True Dual-Rate Ram Front coils to center, angle and capture the coil to eliminate coil bow.
Front Track Bar Bracket
Front Track bar bracket is made of thick 1/4" steel plate for a "no compromise" mount that also adds additional support mount at the cross member for increased strength and durability.
Rear Track Bar Bracket
Rear track bar drop bracket 1/4" THICK!!!! captures axle tub for extra strength with additional gussets for max strength: Rear Track bar brackets are made of thick 1/4" steel plate for a "no compromise" mount that also adds additional support mount at the axle tub for even more strength.
Bump Stop Towers
3/16" hot rolled steel Plate spacer (3" x 3" .188 WALL Steel Tube) Front and Rear bump stops towers reposition the factory parts to function correctly for the added lift height.
Sway Bar Disconnects
When Lifting a Truck the sway bar links also need to increase in length to keep your sway bar adjusted properly. MetalCloak Extended Sway Bar Links bolt directly into the factory locations with no cutting or modification required.
Pitman Arm
Eliminate bump-steer: Geometry corrected, forged pitman arm adds strength and matches the geometry of the track bar to the drag link for effortless, worry-free steering control.
