MetalCloak Pro Step
The MetalCloak Pro Step is a flip-down attachment that provides a convenient foothold for easier access to your Grenadier. The stainless steel step provides corrosion resistance for lasting durability. Stainless steel micro tension adjustment bolts allow precise pivot tension adjustment, while flanged nylon bushings provide smooth, rattle-free operation.
Two-Piece Design
The CAD-designed, CNC-formed, two-section adjustable mounts are made from powder-coated 1/8" steel for easy installation while helping maintain door alignment. Only one side of the hinge needs to be detached at a time during installation, and no shims or washers are needed for proper fitment.
Flanged Nylon Pivot Bushings
The platform pivots on four flanged nylon bushings for smooth adjustment and flip-down movement. These bushings also prevent metal-to-metal contact that can cause undue wear on the hardware and step body.
Welded Stainless Steel Stop Pin & Micro Tension Bolts
Fully welded stainless steel stop pins provide strength and corrosion resistance at the step's stopping points. Stainless steel micro tension adjustment bolts allow you to tighten or loosen the platform to achieve your preferred pivot tension.
Stainless Steel Flip-Down Platforms
The flip-down platforms are made from 100% stainless steel and feature fully welded stop pins. Slip-resistant ridges provide improved traction for your foot, while the platforms fold up to minimize snagging on trail obstacles. The steps are engineered to support up to 350 lbs.
