The Rear Long Arm Control Arms are equipped with [click for more...] MetalCloak Patented Duroflex™ (metalcloakpatents.com) self-centering composite bushings at both ends that give a combined misalignment of over 68 degrees, The control arms provide a smooth, vibration free ride with the most misalignment available.

Strong 1 1/2"OD 3/16" Wall DOM Steel is built with heavy duty durability along with adjustable forged ends that give rock bashing strength. The arms and are treated with a Gold Zinc Chromate finish for the best defense against the elements to keep em looking good. Weld on 3/16" hot rolled steel plate axle brackets with rear track bar mount corrects the geometry and replaces the problematic, weak factory brackets.

MetalCloak “components” have been proven safe with the FMVSS certificate of safety configured with 37" tires, full body armor and suspension lift.

THE TECH

Rear Upper Long Arm Control Arms

While the Radius Arm front was ideal, we realized the space in the rear allows for a properly engineered 4-Link.

Choosing the 4-link rear control arm design provides added torque strength support for the main drive axle and provides a fantastic overall ride quality.

Our design eliminated the typical unsteady "Long Arm Roll" felt on a lifted TJ while cornering - and that's without running a rear sway bar!
