Jeep LJ Wrangler Lock-N-Load Radius Long-Arm Upgrade Kit
The Jeep LJ Wrangler Lock-N-Load Long Arm Upgrade Kit replaces previously installed control arms with MetalCloaks Patented Duroflex Long Arm set up. This is the only system that has bind-free front radius arms with the use of the Patented MetalCloak Lock-N-Load (metalcloakpatents.com) upper control arm. The 3 piece belly pan attaches control arms and protects the underside of the Jeep.

The revolutionary, DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber enhanced Duroflex™ Joint equipped control arms eliminate squeaks and clunks and have the best NVH properties available. Built strong from 2” x .25 wall DOM with clearance bends in the rear to minimize dragging.
3 Piece Belly Pan is designed for abuse and engineered to be the best. Front and rear departure and approach angles, boat sided, solid design stiffens the chassis, clearance for stock or aftermarket transfer case, and the center section may be removed to allow servicing of protected components.
Every aspect of clearance has been taken into account with angles and skids built into the carefully developed components. Weld-on and bolt-on pieces transform the Jeep Wrangler into a well-mannered street driving machine and an all-out high-performance rock crawler for off-road.
MetalCloak “components” have been proven safe with the FMVSS certificate of safety configured with 37inch tires, full body armor and suspension lift.

By not cutting any corners, our joints are Centered and Aligned reducing wear and improving performance.

Lock-N-Load
MetalCloak's Lock-N-Load Radius Arm system removes the most common problem that causes more long term damage to bushings and axles... BIND.
The Lock-N-Load extends at full droop, compressing one spring and extending the other.
At full stuff, the Lock-N-Load compresses. There is always compression and resistance.
How Does The Lock-N-Load Work?
The Lock-N-Load performs as a standard "solid control arm" when locked; when unlocked "or loaded" it allows for the axle to roll forward or backward without reliving stress on the bushings and brackets that will provide a longer service life AND directly equate to better articulation that keeps tires on the ground.
The lock-n-load is designed to lock or unlock the spring without changing the length of the control arm; the unique and patented design provides stability on the road when locked out and increased suspension mobility when off road.
The 4-Link Rear Perfected
While the Radius Arm front was ideal, we realized the space in the rear allows for a properly engineered 4-Link.
Choosing the 4-link rear control arm design provides added torque strength support for the main drive axle and provides a fantastic overall ride quality.
Our design eliminated the typical unsteady "Long Arm Roll" felt on a lifted TJ/LJ while cornering - and that's without running a rear sway bar!

3 Piece Belly Pan Ride Height
The MetalCloak 3 piece belly pan fits aftermarket transfer cases (*i.e. Atlas) with no floor modifications or body lift. MetalCloak's 3 piece belly pan is as tall as the factory belly pan allowing you to lose no ground clearance.
