Yes, we do offer International shipping. However, this steering system is not right hand drive compatible.

Do you just sell the tie rod end instead of having them serviced?

51 inch tie rod length? Is that without the ends?

That measurement is a reference to the center of the ends where they attach to the knuckles.

In the initial description, the HD Steering System states that it works with stock wheel backspacing but in the important notes section it says it doesn’t. Can you clarify?

The ends of the tie rod do not clear the stock wheels at full lock.

With the required 2” lift needed to run the stabilizer, could the HD Steering System work with a stock height Gladiator Mojave?

No, the Gladiator Mojave will require 2” of lift as well.

Do you need to remove the drop pitman arm and use a stock pitman arm when installing the HD steering system?

No, the HD Steering System will use the same pitman arm as the suspension you are using requires. No need to change pitman arm for our steering.

The important notes state: Backspacing: Does NOT work with stock wheel backspacing. WHAT IS THE MAX BACKSPACING that works with this system? (I have stock wheels... so I would have to purchase new rims to use it?)

We have not seen fitment issues with other wheels. The stocks are 6.25” backspace and aftermarket normally only go to 5.75”. If you are running 35” or larger tires 4.75” would be the most you can run without rubbing on other parts of the body and suspension...

I saw this, "Backspacing: Does NOT work with stock wheel backspacing." and wondered if my wheels with 4.75" backspacing will be okay with this kit? I have the 2.5" Dual Rate installed now and wanted to do this upgrade before getting the Game-Changer add on to make it a full Game-Changer. Would that be okay? It's time to replace my Tie Rod and Drag Link as it is.

This steering will clear a 4.75” backspace wheel.

What size wrench fits the jam nuts on the JK MetalCloak Tie Rod?

The ends use a 1 7/16" wrench on the jam nuts. The bar is 1 ½” flats.

Will the MetalCloak HD Steering System fit on a LJ with no lift?

No, the steering is set up for a 2” or taller lift and aftermarket wheels.

Will this tie rod work for a 2020 Gladiator sport S? 2.5" lift and stock Rubicon wheels with 12.5/35/17 tires?

The steering will need wheel spacers with the stock wheels.

What lift is this MetalCloak HD Steering System design to be used with??

It is designed for 2” and taller kits.

What is the minimum wheel spacers needed with stock rubicon wheels?

The smallest spacer that works on the stock wheels due to the stud length is a 1.75”.

There is only one drag link for rubicon and non rubicon correct? Thanks

Yes, all JL and JT models use the same drag link.

Can I get the ball joints and the flip drag link kit? I have a 2.5 ton Rubicon Express drag link but want your joints and flip kit.

No, our ends will not work with any other brand's draglinks.

I have a rubicon express drag link that was using the stock end link on the passenger spindle knuckle side. The nut snapped. Is this a compatible replacement? I have a 2017 jku sahara

No, this end only fits the MetalCloak HD drag link.
