The MetalCloak Game Changing Duroflex™ Joints are the only vulcanized elastomer, self-centering joint enhanced with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber – providing incredible durability with more misalignment in the control arms and better vibration dampening than anything else available. Exclusive to MetalCloak (see detailed info in the main body).
The Front Four Link Game Changer is comprised of thick 2.0 DOM .25 (1/4) wall steel front lower control arms with strength that can take abuse with forged threaded ends for the ultimate in durability. The upper front control arms are 1.25 .1875 (3/16) and formed to provide clearance for up and down travel. Upper and Lower Control arms utilize our patented Duroflex bushings for bind free, service free articulation.
The Front Long Arm Frame Mounts are used in replacement of the factory mounts to install the front control arms for the long arm suspension. Mounts are fully welded and boxed for maximum strength; the 1/4" steel brackets are low profile for clearance and are finished in gold zinc for a long lasting finish and feature a bolt-on installation without any welding. *Front factory brackets must be removed for install.
Choose the rear system you desire. Select the Patented bolt on Rear DB3 Mid Control Arm system or a Rear Long Arm System.
The Rear DB3 control arm kit is a true bolt on system with Zero cutting required. Feel the improvement in acceleration, braking, climbing, and steering with the DB3. Our simple to install, Bolt-On bracket re-positions the rear control arms to operate within a corrected radius. This system drastically reduces the feel of bump-steer/axle steer on lifted Jeeps and provides handling characteristics comparable if not better than a stock height Jeep. The DB3 control arm system provides rear upper and lower mid-arms made of thick 1.625 DOM .25 (1/4) wall steel and 1.5 DOM .375 (3/16) wall steel with strength that can take abuse with forged threaded ends for the ultimate in durability.
The Rear Long Arm option does require cutting off the rear factory control arm brackets but provides the most consistent wheelbase over the full range of travel for optimal performance. Lower Control arms are made of strong 2.0 DOM .25 (1/4) wall steel with strength that can take abuse and are enhanced even further with forged threaded ends for the ultimate in durability. The upper rear control arms are 1.5 .1875 (3/16) and formed to provide clearance for both up and down travel. The Rear "BOLT-ON" Control arm brackets are formed of 1/4 Steel Plate and angled to slide over obstacles with out catching. This system does require cutting off the rear factory control arm brackets and is for the off-roader that demands precision when it comes to wheelbase and pinon angles. MetalCloak's Rear Long Arm will feature our best high speed handling properties for on and off-road and will slightly increase a CTI score over similar height DB3 system.
This system comes with a complete 3/16" steel replacement crossmember! The Crossmember is CAD designed, made of thicker steel over factory and provides additional attachment points that adds structure/strength to your Jeep.
MetalCloak True Dual Rate™ Coils provides the most comfortable and stable ride over traditional single rate lift springs, and provide better load handling than the typical "progressive/multi-rate" coils. Our True Dual Rate coils are extra long in free-length to maintain contact for extreme articulation. MetalCloak has over a decade of proven dual-rate coil performance.
The front true dual rate coils come with MetalCloak's Front Lower Coil Correction Pads. This polymer isolator replaces the OEM plastic part and corrects the coil bow that may be caused when using the worn parts. Fits in factory location and is a quick upgrade to fine tune your Jeep.
MetalCloak Thermoset Elastomer Upper Front Coil Isolator upgrade pads are designed to last and outperform factory parts. The pads are made specifically for MetalCloak True Dual Rate Coils and are model specific.
The Durotrak bushings reduce NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) that can be transferred to the driver and provides a smoother ride while also improving the vehicles steering input. The patented bushing is a 2-part design that can rotate 360 degrees in a vertical plane unhindered while minimizing horizontal forces to keep the Jeeps axle centered and you going in the right direction.
The Drag Link is placed on top of the steering knuckle and comes with a relocation bracket that raises the track bar to eliminate bump steer by corrects steering geometry in your Jeep JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator. MetalCloak's tubular 1.375OD Wall DOM bar is matched with 1 ton, specifically designed, anti-flop ends that maximize performance and durability.
The Drag Link comes with a strong 3/16" hot rolled steel plate CAD designed and welded track bar and stabilizer bracket that increases strength and matches the corrected geometry on the flipped drag-link to provide the best steering geometry for your lifted Jeep.
We offer a choice in shocks; run the shock set-up you choose to fit your build needs. If you have a different idea of what shocks will work best for you- go for it. MetalCloak suspensions ARE designed to optimally be used with the patented MetalCloak 6Pak™ Shocks for maximum up and down travel. Our RockSport Shocks (Exclusively at MetalCloak) provide the next longest travel you can get with the simplicity of a standard shock and share the same valving as 6Paks; this is a great option if looking for a no-maintenance option at a great price. The choice is yours to buy the suspension with or without shocks; we recommend our specifically tuned shocks but we leave the choice up to you.
Adjustable height front and rear bump stops are a MetalCloak first and allow you to adjust the travel to be tailored to the size of tire you have optioned for. Add more bump stop or remove to adjust to the clearance you need without having to remove the coils.
All MetalCloak suspension components, are designed for maximum up AND down travel while providing the best suspension geometry available to deliver the performance you demand.
MetalCloak “components” have been proven safe with the FMVSS certificate of safety configured with 37inch tires, full body armor and suspension lift.

What are True Dual Rate Coils?
MetalCloak JL Wrangler True Dual Rate™ Coils have one of the longest free length in the industry for greater articulation without sacrificing the OEM ride quality.

Rear Control Arm Correction Bracket "DB3"
Green line shows DB3 and how it tucks behind wheel for optimal approach.
Red line shows a "typical" Long arm hang up MUCH farther forward increasing the chance for hang up.
The DB3 provides superior control arm angles for a better ride AND provides better approach angles over a rear long arm all in a simple bolt on application.
Correction Bracket Features
This product adjust the roll center of your Jeep, and corrects the geometry of the control arms enabling the full use of up and down travel.
The entire bracket assembly is welded together for incredible strength, has built in approach skids, and all surfaces are angled to keep from catching on obstacles. Installs into factory locations - bolting securely in place.
What Does It Do?
Adding this system improves rear control arm geometry and adjusts rear axle caster for lifted JK Wranglers. The flatter the control arms are the better; the benefits are immediately felt with a smoother ride and stable handling as the roll center has been adjusted. Braking performance also improves maximizing safety along with the comfort and performance of your Jeep JK Wrangler.

Outboard Shock Mount
- Engineered to move the lower shock mounts away from the Jeep frame rails increasing clearance for the shock body at the extremes of articulation.
- All Grade 8 hardware provided.

- Manufactured from laser cut 3/16" steel and CNC bent for superior strength and exact fitment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If using OE wheels 2" spacers will be needed to give proper clearance. These mounts are intended for use for wheels with 4.5" of backspacing or less or an equivalent of a 2" spacer on factory wheels.

It’s not just a shock, it is a piece in a tuned system. This is not a typical bolt on shock. The RockSport Black Shock
The RockSport Remote Reservoir Black shocks are specifically made to work with MetalCloak True Dual-Rate Coils; the Digressive valving provide the best of slow and fast speed performance.
Shocks are made with 2.5 diameter, 3/16 thick wall aluminum with a huge interior for fluid to ensure they stay cool and hold up to on and off-road abuse.

Outboard Stand Off Mounts
Shock attaches with built-in off set mounts that allow for long travel capabilities with the convenience of an OE like fitment.
Eight Settings Compression Adjustment
Large, easy to grip billet knob with laser marked numbers allow you to change the compression setting simply; choose from 8 settings that add an additional 15% compression force at each click to tune in your Gold Standard. Dial in your off-road comfort along with great daily driving performance.
Braided Hydraulic Hose
