The upper front arms, made from 1.25” DOM x 3/16” tubing, include forged ends for enhanced strength and are fully adjustable in length. Both front and rear control arms incorporate our patented Duroflex™ bushings, ensuring bind-free, maintenance-free articulation.
The rear long arms require the removal of factory rear control arm brackets but offer the best geometry MetalCloak has engineered. This optimized design enhances acceleration response, minimizes wheelbase changes, and delivers superior handling at high speeds.
The lower rear long arms, crafted from thick 2.0 DOM .25” (1/4”) wall steel, provide exceptional strength and durability with forged threaded ends. The upper rear control arms, made from 1.5” DOM .1875” (3/16”) tubing, are specially formed for maximum clearance during suspension travel.
For easy installation, the 100% bolt-on rear long-arm brackets are constructed from fully welded ¼” steel plate with angled surfaces to help glide over obstacles effortlessly.
This system combines cutting-edge technologies, including True Dual Rate™ Coils, revolutionary DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber-enhanced Duroflex™ Joints, and two-piece Durotrak™ bushing-equipped track bars, resulting in an unmatched off-road experience.
Designed for straightforward installation, this complete long-arm system includes everything needed: front and rear long arms, shocks, track bars, a steering stabilizer, brake lines, bump stops, and all required hardware.

Control Arm Duroflex Joint Alignment...
At MetalCloak we take the care to build every product right.
Most manufacturers build their control arms misaligned from center. Why? It simply costs less to do so.
By not cutting any corners, our joints are Centered and Aligned reducing wear and improving performance.
It makes them easier to install, too!

Lower Front 4-Link Long Arms

The Lower Front Control Arms are precision engineered for our 4-link front suspension. Mounted using a bolt-on bracket, the control arms are designed for lift heights of 4.5 and up, provide amazing flex, the best pinion angle control for taller lifts, and still give incredible handling and the smoothest ride on or off road.
Upper Front 4-Link Long Arms
The Upper Front Control Arms are installed using a welded-on bracket for precise geometry.
Equipped with the Duroflex™ joints at the frame-end, the arms use the stock bushings or the MetalCloak Bushing Upgrade kit (not included) at the axle end.

Front Track Bar Mounting Bracket, Right Hand Drive

Bracket raises the track bar to re-correct steering geometry when lifting over 3.5 inches; this is to be used in conjunction with the flipped Drag-link hi-steer set up ONLY when lifting a right hand drive Jeep JK over 3.5 inches. The bracket also incorporates a raised mount for the steering stabilizer providing additional clearance!

This system requires cutting off the factory rear control arm brackets and is for the Rock Crawler that demands precision when it comes to wheelbase and pinon angles. The Rear Long Arm System comes with Rear "BOLT-ON" control arm brackets that are formed of 1/4" Steel Plate and angled to slide over obstacles with out catching.

Anti Flop Feature

Full side to side range of motion ensures bind free steering when pushing the extremes of your Jeeps travel and articulation, while a limited "front to back" range of movement is built into the rod-end and eliminates the possibility of the offset to allow the rod end to "flop".
Rear Coil Alignment Retainers

- Manufactured from laser cut 3/16" steel and CNC bent for superior strength and exact fitment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If using OE wheels 2" spacers will be needed to give proper clearance. These mounts are intended for use for wheels with 4.5" of backspacing or less or an equivalent of a 2" spacer on factory wheels.

The RockSport Black Shock
The RockSport Remote Reservoir Black shocks are specifically made to work with MetalCloak True Dual-Rate Coils; the Digressive valving provide the best of slow and fast speed performance.

Eight Settings Compression Adjustment
Large, easy to grip billet knob with laser marked numbers allow you to change the compression setting simply; choose from 8 settings that add an additional 15% compression force at each click to tune in your Gold Standard. Dial in your off-road comfort along with great daily driving performance.

Braided Hydraulic Hose

The Remote reservoir connects to the shock with a high pressure, polymer overlaid, stainless-steel braided, reinforced , Teflon inner core, hydraulic hose, with optimized flow orifices to allow unhindered shock oil flow.
Inner Recessed Cap
Our completed package allows for maximum shaft length to be utilized and provides more travel than any similar size Monotube shock; even the internals of the end caps are machined out for additional travel. Removable Bump Cap protects the seal assembly from full compression damage and provides access for servicing the shock.
