The weld on front 4-Link Long Arm system provides exacting control over pinion angles at extremes and is engineered to compliment the geometry of our rear bolt on long arms. Factory brackets must be removed to provide room for the front long arms that are made from strong 2.0 DOM .25 (1/4) wall steel that can take trail abuse and are equipped with forged threaded ends for the ultimate in durability.

Upper front arms have forged ends for added strength, are adjustable in length and made of 1.25 DOM X 3/16" tubing. Control arms utilize our patented Duroflex bushings for bind free, service free articulation.

Rear Long arms DO require removal of the factory rear control arm brackets but DO provide the BEST working geometry that MetalCloak has to offer; the angles offer better acceleration response with the least wheelbase change and provides premium handling at higher speeds.

The Lower Rear Long arms are made of thick 2.0 DOM .25 (1/4) wall steel that provide strength that can take abuse with forged threaded ends for the ultimate in durability.

Upper rear control arms are 1.5DOM .1875 (3/16) and formed to provide clearance for up and down travel. Upper and Lower Rear Control arms utilize our patented Duroflex bushings for bind free, service free articulation.

Every aspect of clearance has been taken into account with easy to install 100% Bolt on Rear Long arm brackets that are made strong with fully welded ¼ inch steel plate and features angled surfaces to slide up and over obstacles.

Combining technologies with True Dual Rate™ Coils, revolutionary DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber enhanced Duroflex™ Joints, and the 2 piece Durotrak™ bushing equipped Track Bars and you have a system that is unmatched in the off-road industry.

This Long arm system is easy to install and comes complete with every thing you will need: front and rear long arms, shocks, track bars, and steering stabilizer, brake lines, bump stops and all the hardware needed. Fitment is precise and performance is premium.

This system also out performs most long-arm kits in travel, articulation, clearance and flex with the smoothest and most predictable ride on or off-road at a fraction of the overall modification at a great value.

Most manufacturers build their control arms misaligned from center. Why? It simply costs less to do so.

By not cutting any corners, our joints are Centered and Aligned reducing wear and improving performance.

It makes them easier to install, too!

Lower Front 4-Link Long Arms

The Lower Front Control Arms are precision engineered for our 4-link front suspension. Mounted using a bolt-on bracket, the control arms are designed for lift heights of 4.5 and up, provide amazing flex, the best pinion angle control for taller lifts, and still give incredible handling and the smoothest ride on or off road.

Upper Front 4-Link Long Arms

The Upper Front Control Arms are installed using a welded-on bracket for precise geometry.

Equipped with the Duroflex™ joints at the frame-end, the arms use the stock bushings or the MetalCloak Bushing Upgrade kit (not included) at the axle end.

What are True Dual Rate Coils?

MetalCloak JK Wrangler True Dual Rate™ Coils have one of the longest free length in the industry for greater articulation without sacrificing the OEM ride quality.

Anti Flop Feature

Drag Link Anti Flop Rod End, designed for JK Wrangler steering for optimal motion and stability.
This specially designed rod end has been engineered just for the JK Wrangler steering.

Full side to side range of motion ensures bind free steering when pushing the extremes of your Jeeps travel and articulation, while a limited "front to back" range of movement is built into the rod-end and eliminates the possibility of the offset to allow the rod end to "flop".

Track Bar and Stabilizer Relocation Bracket

Bracket raises the track bar to re-correct steering geometry when lifting over 3.5 inches; this is to be used in conjunction with the flipped Drag-link hi-steer set up ONLY when lifting a Jeep JK over 3.5 inches. Rear Coil Alignment Retainers

The RockSport Black Shock

The RockSport Remote Reservoir Black shocks are specifically made to work with MetalCloak True Dual-Rate Coils; the Digressive valving provide the best of slow and fast speed performance.

Braided Hydraulic Hose

The Remote reservoir connects to the shock with a high pressure, polymer overlaid, stainless-steel braided, reinforced , Teflon inner core, hydraulic hose, with optimized flow orifices to allow unhindered shock oil flow.

Inner Recessed Cap

Our completed package allows for maximum shaft length to be utilized and provides more travel than any similar size Monotube shock; even the internals of the end caps are machined out for additional travel. Removable Bump Cap protects the seal assembly from full compression damage and provides access for servicing the shock.
