JK Wrangler Coils, 4 Door 3.5" / 2 Door 4.5" True Dual Rate Coils, Front
JK Wrangler True Dual Rate™ Coils are manufactured of hi-tensile chrome silicon steel alloy that surpasses the typical aftermarket coil springs in extended length, ride quality and long-lasting durability. These springs are made specifically for the Jeep JK Wrangler applications.
Features Include:- One of the Longest Free Lengths in Industry
- Stays in Coil Buckets, even at Full Droop
- Superior Ride Quality
- Excellent On & Off Road Stability
- Consistent Ride Height
- Resists Sagging
- Allows for Unbeatable Articulation
- Upper Front Coil Isolators
MetalCloak Thermoset Elastomer Coil Isolator upgrade pads are designed to last and outperform factory parts. The pads are made specifically for MetalCloak True Dual Rate Coils and are model specific.
MetalCloak “components” have been proven safe with the FMVSS certificate of safety configured with 37inch tires, full body armor and suspension lift.
Note: True Dual Rate Coils have been engineered to perform best with Duroflex control arms and 6Pak or RockSport shocks.
Note: MetalCloak does not recommend powder coating your True Dual Rate coils. The baking process in powder coating can, in some cases, cause the metallurgical properties of the coils to be changed, resulting in the loss of the lift properties of the coils. As such, the process of powder coating the coils will void any warranty stated or implied in relation to the coils.
Note: We recommend you have a suspension specialist align your Jeep once a MetalCloak suspension is installed.

THE TECH
JK True Dual Rate Coils
What are True Dual Rate Coils?
MetalCloak True Dual Rate™ Coils have one of the longest free length in the industry for greater articulation without sacrificing the OEM ride quality.
Without the advantage of the Dual Rate Design, the required Spring Rate would be too low and "squishy" -- just loading your Jeep up with supplies would affect ride height and quality.
True Dual Rate Coils Create A "Virtual" Bucket!
By effectively lowering the bucket on the coil, you get a much more stable ride that reduces the potential for buckling. (Learn More about True Dual Rate Coils)
