Tools Required
This list represents the recommended tools for ease of installation. Other versions of the same tool can be used — for example, Allen wrenches instead of Allen drive sockets.

Section 3: Installation Instructions

Step 1: Remove Components For Installation
Before disassembly, use MetalCloak's toe gauges or another method to check the current toe setting. These measurements will be used after installation to set toe. Alternatively, the vehicle will need a toe setting performed by an alignment shop after install.
In most cases the passenger axle can be reinstalled into the FAD without FAD actuator removal; however, it is recommended that the FAD be removed to verify proper installation upon reassembly.
