Hi-Mount Shackle Systems
The MetalCloak Hi-Mount Shackle System for CJ/YJ/TJ/LJ Jeep Wrangler Frame-Built bumper provides a unique upper recovery mount that is trail-tested tough capable of handling anything you can throw at it.
- T6 Aircraft-Grade Aluminum
- Type III Mil Spec Anodized Hard Coat Finish
- Holds up to 3/4" Shackles/D-Rings
Specifications
The hi-mount shackles mount directly to the MetalCloak bumper base and is designed to hold 3/4" D-ring shackles. The hi-mount shackles are made of 2” aluminum and provide a strong recovery point when out on the trail. The hi-mount shackles are finished in type-III mil spec black anodized finish to help protect them against the elements.
Like all out components, they are Frame-Built and can be bolted directly to the frame with or without the Frame-Built Base.
Round Edge Design
The Billet Shackle System (as of January 2024) has a rounded edge design that allows for either the use of a standard metal D-Ring or Soft Shackle.
