Most Lifted Jeeps
Drive Worse.
We Fixed It.
FMVSS 126 Certification Proves It.
The moment you lift your Jeep, everything changes.
Your geometry shifts. Your axle moves. Your suspension stops working the way it should. If you don't correct it, your Jeep can actually perform worse than stock.
Geometry Shifts
Lift changes everything: caster, pinion, track. The factory engineering you paid for stops working.
Axles Move Off-Center
Without re-centering, every input is fighting geometry. Wander, body roll, premature wear.
Travel Means Nothing
More inches of travel without damping or control just amplifies the problem. Bolt-on lifts make it worse.
Suspension that actually moves.
A True Dual-Rate coil is a taller spring with a very soft upper section that fully collapses at ride height. That collapse is what creates a real rate change — coil contact is the only way a spring actually transitions rates.
At full droop, the soft upper keeps the spring seated in the bucket — solving the looseness and safety problems of single-rate long-travel coils. At ride height, the upper section is static and you're riding on the firmer secondary rate — sporty handling, road manners, and load capability that other multi-rate coils try, but simply can't deliver.
MetalCloak invented this for our first suspension in 2012. Fifteen years of proven success. Others have tried to mimic it. None have replaced it.

Travel means nothing if you can't control it.
RockSport Long-Travel Shocks are built to use every inch — keeping your tires planted and your Jeep stable, no matter the terrain.
With adjustable bump stops, you control up-travel and protect the entire system. From RockSport Slate to RockSport BLACK to the patented 6Pak — every option, dyno-tested against the field.

Re-center the axles. Lock in stability.
Durotrak Adjustable Track Bars re-center the axles and lock in stability. The geometry returns to where the engineers in Toledo originally designed it to be.
The patented two-part bushing rotates 360° in a vertical plane, minimizing horizontal forces so your axle stays where it should.

Everything back into alignment.
MetalCloak Adjustable Control Arms bring everything back into alignment. Dial in caster and pinion angle. Put your drive shaft back into phase.
The driveline returns to factory phase. The steering returns to factory precision. Your rig drives like the engineering team intended — only with the travel you wanted.

Not just a lift. A system built for performance and safety.
With our FMVSS certification, you can be sure this isn't just a lift. FMVSS 126 is the federal motor vehicle safety standard governing Electronic Stability Control. MetalCloak is one of a small number of aftermarket companies to earn it — and the only direct Jeep competitor to certify on a real trail-worn Jeep with aftermarket 37s. Not stock. Not lab conditions. The real thing.
