Program Overview
Earn Points: For every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases, you automatically earn 5 points — that’s a 5% return on every order.
Redeem Rewards: Every 100 points equals $1.00 in rewards. Redeem a minimum of 1,000 points ($10) at checkout for instant savings.
No Extra Steps: Points are added to your account automatically. Just shop, earn, and save.

Birthday Bonus: Celebrate your big day with us — get 1,000 bonus points ($10) automatically the day before your birthday. Make sure your birthdate is up-to-date in your account.
Product Reviews: For a limited time, get 1,000 points for each approved product review. Must be a real review of at least 20 words. Share your thoughts and earn extra rewards.
Program Rules You Should Know
When Awarded: Points for orders are awarded once an order ships and achieves a "Complete" status within our system.
Points Expire: Keep your points working for you! Points expire 12 months after they’re earned. We’ll send you reminders 20 and 5 days before they expire — but once they’re gone, they can’t be restored.
Redemption Minimum: A minimum of 1,000 points ($10) is required to redeem. There’s no maximum limit — redeem as many points as you’d like.
Returns & Exchanges: If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
Account Requirements: You must be logged in to your MetalCloak account to earn and redeem points. Points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
No Double Discounts: Reward points cannot be used on products that are already discounted or part of certain promotions.
Managing Your Rewards
Track Your Points: Log into your account anytime to check your point balance and see your earning history in the My Rewards section.
Redeem Easily: At checkout, choose how many points you’d like to apply — your discount will automatically adjust your total.
Stay Updated: You’ll receive email notifications when you earn points, when they’re about to expire, and for special bonus opportunities.
