Unlike traditional upper control arms, the Bronco Billet A-Arms feature double adjusters at the frame mounts, providing an increased range of caster and camber adjustment. This provides greater flexibility when aligning lifted vehicles and dialing in suspension geometry.
The OEM-style upper ball joint retains factory-style serviceability and reliability while integrating seamlessly with the Bronco's suspension system.
Finished in a durable gold anodized coating, the Billet A-Arms offer long-lasting corrosion resistance and a premium appearance that stands out beneath your Bronco.
MetalCloak Bronco 6G Rear Duroflex™ Control Arms feature one of our best innovations in suspension components. Our patented (mcpatents.com) Duroflex Joints are designed to stay centered and aligned with the frame and axle for long-term performance. Strong DOM tubing is carefully formed for tire clearance and durability.
The adjustable threaded ends are forged, providing 37% higher fatigue strength than inferior cast parts. This extra strength helps them withstand repeated rock impacts on the trail.
These control arms feature Duroflex™ Joints, the only vulcanized elastomer, self-centering joints enhanced with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber. Exclusive to MetalCloak, they provide incredible durability, greater control arm misalignment, and better vibration damping than anything else available. See the technical section for more details.
The Durotrak™ adjustable rear track bar for the Bronco 6G features patented Durotrak™ two-piece bushings at both ends of a solid 1.25" OD 4130 chromoly bar. The bar is finished in gold zinc for the ultimate in durability against the elements.
The RockSport BLACK Coilovers feature 2.5" diameter aluminum bodies with 3/16" wall thickness. Their large fluid capacity helps keep them cool during on- and off-road use.
Each shock features a remote reservoir with eight-position compression adjustment. Constructed from hard-anodized aluminum, the reservoir has a durable black Infinity finish for superior corrosion resistance and a sleek appearance. It connects to the main shock body through a stainless steel braided hydraulic hose with a 3,000 psi working pressure rating. Gold zinc-plated mounting brackets made from 1/8" hot-rolled steel provide a secure fit built to withstand demanding trail use.
A billet aluminum knob provides eight compression settings, with each click adding 15% compression force. Dial in your suspension for on-road comfort or firmer off-road control.
Inside the coilover, a patent-pending (#63/743,954) parabolic valving system causes the butterfly valve shims to contour under fluid pressure, creating variable resistance that adapts to different loads. The result is a refined damping response that balances comfort and control.
The high-flow piston features nine ports: six dedicated to compression and three to rebound. These ports are tuned to optimize fluid flow throughout the coilover stroke. The recessed inner cap allows the piston to travel into the cap itself, maximizing usable travel without increasing overall shock length.
An oversized 7/8" induction-hardened, chrome-plated shaft provides durability, with a surface hardness of Rockwell C 60+. This tough surface provides a smooth, consistent interface for the seals and wipers, improving longevity and reducing wear.
Coil spring preload can be adjusted using the gold zinc-plated collars, allowing you to dial in ride height and preload for your setup. Each coilover includes large, heavy-duty lower bar pins for secure mounting.
The heavy-duty Tie Rod Braces replace the OE jam nuts. Made from 4130 chromoly, they help distribute loads from the threaded ends of the tie rods to resist bending or breaking.
MetalCloak “components” have been proven safe with the FMVSS certificate of safety configured with 37" tires, full body armor and suspension lift.
The Bronco Suspension System is finished in MetalCloak’s signature gold zinc and is made right here in the USA.

The patented Durotrak™ Bushing (metalcloakpatents.com) is an NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) bushing made with a proprietary elastomer compound unique to MetalCloak. Its two pieces thread together for simple installation without a press. The bushing reduces vibration and harshness transferred to the driver and improves vehicle handling.
Durotrak™ Rear Track Bar - A First in High Clearance
The solid chromoly track bar is uniquely designed for clearance during both up-travel and down-travel while accommodating aftermarket housings. No other track bar is designed with this much clearance and up-travel in mind.

Parabolic Valving
Parabolic valving (Patent Pending #63/743,954) provides precise fluid flow in a compact piston stack. Machined parabolic forms contour the butterfly valve shims under fluid pressure, creating variable resistance based on the applied load for refined compression and rebound tuning.
Piston Compression Ports
The multi-port piston uses nine ports to distribute fluid pressure evenly across the butterfly valve shims: six for compression and three for rebound. The shock piston features a functional Type III Mil-Spec clear hard-anodized finish for long-lasting performance.
Inner Recessed Cap
Our completed package maximizes usable shaft length and provides more travel than similarly sized coilover shocks. The end caps are internally machined for additional travel. A removable bump cap protects the seal assembly from damage at full compression and provides access for servicing.
Oversized Chrome Shaft
Oversized 7/8" hard-chrome-plated shafts are induction-hardened to a surface hardness of Rockwell C 60+ for durability. Their tough surface resists damage from rock debris and provides a smooth, consistent interface for the seals and wipers, improving longevity.

Coil Adjustment
