The RockSport Black Remote Reservoir Adjustable Coilovers are made with 2.5 diameter, 3/16 thick wall aluminum with a huge interior for fluid to ensure [click for more...] they stay cool and hold up to on and off-road abuse.

Each shock features an 8 position adjustable remote reservoir constructed from hard anodized aluminum, finished in a durable black Infinity coating for superior corrosion resistance and a sleek, low-profile look. The reservoir connects to the main shock body via a high-pressure 3000 psi stainless steel braided hydraulic hose, ensuring consistent performance under the most demanding conditions. Mounting is handled by gold zinc-plated brackets made from 1/8" hot rolled steel, providing a solid and secure fitment that’s built to withstand serious abuse.

Adjustability is at the heart of the RockSport design. A billet aluminum knob allows for eight stages of compression tuning, with each setting increasing compression force by 15%. Whether you’re dialing it in for on-road comfort or off-road aggression, this feature gives you full control over your suspension feel.

Inside the coilover, innovation continues with a patent-pending (#63/743,954) parabolic valving system. This design causes the butterfly valve shims to contour under fluid pressure, creating variable resistance that adapts to different force loads in real time. The result is an exceptionally refined damping response that balances comfort and control like no other.

The high flow piston inside each coilover features nine ports; six dedicated to compression and three for rebound. These ports are carefully tuned to optimize fluid dynamics throughout the coilover stroke. The recessed inner cap design allows the piston to enter up into the cap itself, maximizing available shaft length for more usable travel without increasing overall shock length.

Durability is ensured with an oversized 7/8" induction-hardened, chrome plated shaft, heat-treated to Rockwell C 60+ hardness. This ultra tough surface provides a smooth, consistent interface for the seals and wipers to ride on, greatly improving longevity and reducing wear over time.

For further customization, the coil spring preload can be adjusted using a the gold zinc-plated collars, letting you dial in ride height and coil tension to suit your exact needs. Each front coilover includes large heavy-duty lower bar pins for a secure and robust mounting solution.

Made of thick 3/16” steel, the fully welded Bronco A-arms increase the suspension droop by providing additional clearance between the A-arm and the spring of the coil-over.

The Bronco A-arms come with heavy duty uni-balls. for a big upgrade over weak factory ball joints. The Uni-balls. are made of 1 ¼” Precision Ground Heat Treated Hard Chrome Plated Teflon Lined Steel that greatly increases strength and durability.

Durotrak A-Arms are built with additional caster with an adjusted camber curve for lifted applications from 1 in to 3 inches. MetalCloak's uni-ball upper control arms correctly re-align your Bronco to improve the overall handling characteristics of your lifted rig.

The Uni-ball cup and pinch bolt system prevents play in the cup and bearing while still offering an easy to service set up without requiring removal of the A-arm.

A laser engraved "M" dust cover adds style and protection from the elements for an extended service life of the uni-balls.

MetalCloak Bronco A-Arms are equipped with the patented 2 piece Durotrak joints for excellent noise vibration and harshness damping. The Patented Durotrak™ Bushing is made with a proprietary elastomer compound unique to MetalCloak. The Durotrak™ two part bushing is comprised of two pieces that thread together making this bushing simple to install without a press, reduces vibration and harshness transferred to the driver, and improves vehicle steering input.

MetalCloak Bronco 6G Rear Duroflex™ Control Arms represent one of our best innovations in suspension components. Our Patented (mcpatents.com) Duroflex Joints are designed to stay centered and aligned to the frame and axle for the best, long term, performance. Strong DOM tubing is carefully crafted for tire clearance and durability.

The adjustable threaded rod ends are forged that give a 37% higher fatigue strength over inferior cast parts, this extra rock bashing strength will hold up to whatever you throw at em.

Fitted with Duroflex™ Joints, the only vulcanized elastomer, self-centering joint enhanced with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber – providing incredible durability with more misalignment in the control arms and better vibration damping than anything else available. Exclusive to MetalCloak (see detailed info in the main body).

The Durotrak adjustable rear track bar for the Bronco 6G is built with the patented Durotrak two piece bushings that are mounted on both sides of the solid 1.25 OD 4130 chromoly bar. The bar is finished in gold zinc for the ultimate in durability against the elements.

MetalCloak “components” have been proven safe with the FMVSS certificate of safety configured with 37" tires, full body armor and suspension lift.

The Bronco Suspension System is finished in MetalCloak’s signature gold zinc and is made right here in the USA.

Note: We recommend you have a suspension specialist align your Bronco once a MetalCloak suspension is installed.

Note: Replacement of the Bronco rear control arms requires the removal of the gas tank.

Note: 2.5" to 4" of lift is dependent on Model of Bronco, Sasquatch or Non-Sasquatch. Limitations of factory or aftermarket equipment determine proper setting for best performance. Without proper set up, it is possible to damage your vehicle.

Now with Kevlar!

DuPont™ Kevlar® Fiber is now compounded in the proprietary elastomer of the Duroflex Bushing, bringing even more strength, durability and performance.

Kevlar® is a synthetic fiber with extremely high tensile strength to weight ratio…five times stronger than steel and commonly used in bullet proof armor applications.

Duroflex Bushings w/Kevlar® can be identified by the MetalCloak “M” located on the outer surface.

The Duroflex Joint Provides The Best Ride. Period.
