The M1 is made of strong 6061-T6 aluminum providing a lightweight but strong mounting point and works seamlessly with [click for more...] soft shackles, reducing the chance of metal-to-metal stress and protecting your gear during recovery operations and mounts flush to the fairlead.

The Design of the M1 Recovery Shackle relies on the the strength of the winch line verses "other" recovery methods that rely on the durability of a pin holding the line in place.

The inside of the shackle is precision milled providing a smooth surface for the winch line hoop preventing unnecessary abrasion and reducing stress points on the winch line; this keeps the line safe under tension. Roll pins are used to ensure proper alignment of the device for easy assembly.

The Rescue M1 is engineered and compatible with a 3/4” shackle for a secure, reliable connection point and is finished in a black hard anodized coating for a more durable finish against abrasions, scratching and corrosion.
