MetalCloak changes the game when it comes to coil springs. We offer the only True Dual-Rate™ Coil Springs available for the Grenadier. Our exclusive coils provide exceptional extended length for stability at the extremes of articulation while delivering excellent on-road and off-road handling and impressive load-carrying capability.
Kevlar-infused Duroflex joints are housed in adjustable forged ends for maximum strength. These ends thread into strong 1.625" OD DOM control arms, providing the adjustability needed to correct pinion and caster angles. Duroflex joints have more than a decade of documented success, providing exceptional articulation, better-than-stock NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) performance and maintenance-free durability for your INEOS Grenadier.
The adjustable front and rear Durotrak track bars add strength for off-roading while allowing the axles to be centered after modifying the vehicle's lift height. The track bars feature MetalCloak's patented two-piece Durotrak bushings installed in forged, CNC-machined housings. Each housing is fastened to a solid 1.375" OD 4130 chromoly bar for undeniable strength. The complete assemblies are finished in our signature gold zinc for outstanding protection against the elements.
This suspension lift provides a smoother ride on the road while maximizing performance off-road. For work or play, enjoy the gold-standard performance of the MetalCloak Grenadier suspension.
Optional rear load spacers and front sway bar quick disconnects allow you to fine-tune the performance and stance of your Grenadier based on how you use your vehicle.

Most manufacturers build their control arms misaligned from center. Why? It simply costs less to do so.
By not cutting any corners, our joints are Centered and Aligned reducing wear and improving performance.

Not just any track bar bushing...meet the Patented Durotrak
The Patented Durotrak™ Bushing (metalcloakpatents.com) is an NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) bushing made with a proprietary elastomer compound unique to MetalCloak. The Durotrak™ two-part bushing consists of two pieces that thread together, making it simple to install without a press. Solid Chromoly Front Track Bar Keeps You... Well... on Track
Formed for maximum up-travel and down-travel on the INEOS Grenadier, the front and rear track bars provide adjustability, exceptional strength, clearance and improved ride stability. These components add strength for off-roading and allow the axles to be centered correctly after altering the lift height.

What are True Dual Rate Coils?
MetalCloak Grenadier True Dual Rate™ Coils have some of the longest free lengths in the industry for greater articulation without sacrificing the OEM ride quality.
Without the advantage of the Dual Rate Design, the required Spring Rate would be too low and "squishy"—just loading your Grenadier with supplies would affect ride height and quality. (Learn More About Grenadier True Dual Rate Coils)
Optional Front Sway Bar Disconnects
Disconnecting the sway bar while off-road allows your Grenadier to achieve the maximum articulation that your suspension has been designed for. Not just repackaged parts, these are top quality pieces built specifically for HD Grenadier applications. The MetalCloak Grenadier Sway Bar Quick Disconnects are easy to disconnect and then re-connect.
Spherical Rod End
The sway bar links feature precision-ground, hard-chrome-plated spherical rod ends made of carbon steel. Their self-lubricating races provide greater rigidity and a much longer service life than end-link bushings.
Optional Rear Load Spring Spacers
The Rear Load Spring Spacer adjusts the rear height of your Grenadier and provides a level stance for proper handling when towing or operating at maximum payload. This easy-to-install, fully welded steel spacer corrects the Grenadier's rake and allows it to haul heavy loads as designed. The load-lift spacer has a gold zinc finish to protect it from the elements.
