Kevlar-infused Duroflex joints are housed in adjustable forged ends for maximum strength. These ends thread into strong 1.625" OD DOM control arms, providing the adjustability needed to correct pinion angles and caster. Duroflex joints have over a decade of documented success, delivering amazing articulation, better-than-stock noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) performance, and maintenance-free durability for your INEOS Grenadier.
The Durotrak adjustable front and rear track bars for the Grenadier add strength for off-roading while allowing the axles to be centered after modifying lift height. Durotrak Track Bars feature MetalCloak's patented two-piece Durotrak bushings assembled into forged, CNC-machined housings. The housings are fastened to solid 1.375" OD 4130 chromoly bar for undeniable strength. The full assembly is finished in our signature gold zinc for durability against the elements.
This suspension upgrade provides a smoother ride on the road while maximizing off-road performance. Work or play, enjoy the Gold Standard that the MetalCloak Grenadier suspension upgrade provides. These components work with the Grenadier at factory height and offer adjustment to support over 3" of additional lift.

DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber is compounded into the proprietary elastomer of the Duroflex Bushing, bringing even more strength, durability, and performance.
Kevlar® is a synthetic fiber with an extremely high strength-to-weight ratio—five times stronger than steel by weight—and is commonly used in bullet-resistant armor.
Duroflex Bushings with Kevlar® can be identified by the MetalCloak “M” on the outer surface.
Control Arm Duroflex Joint Alignment

Most manufacturers build their control arms misaligned from center. Why? It simply costs less to do so.
Our joints are centered and aligned to reduce wear and improve performance.
It makes them easier to install, too!

Meet the Patented Durotrak™ Track Bar Bushing
The patented Durotrak™ Bushing (metalcloakpatents.com) is an NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) bushing made with a proprietary elastomer compound unique to MetalCloak. Its two pieces thread together, making installation simple without a press. The bushing reduces vibration and harshness transferred to the driver and improves steering response. INEOS Grenadier Durotrak Front Track Bar
Formed for maximum up-travel and down-travel on the INEOS Grenadier, the front and rear track bars provide adjustability, strength, clearance, and improved ride stability. These components add strength for off-roading and allow the axles to be centered correctly when altering lift height.
INEOS Grenadier Durotrak Rear Track Bar
Optional Rear Load Spring Spacers
Rear Load Spring Spacers adjust the rear ride height of your INEOS Grenadier to help maintain a level stance and proper handling when towing or carrying heavy loads within the vehicle’s rated limits. These easy-to-install, fully welded steel spacers help correct the vehicle’s stance under load. A gold zinc finish protects the spacers from the elements.
