RockSport Steering Stabilizer Kit, JL Wrangler, JT Gladiator
MetalCloak's RockSport RED Steering Stabilizer Kit for the Jeep JL Wrangler & JT Gladiator Truck provides the needed additional valving for your lifted Jeep with easy-to-install relocation brackets.
Contains everything you need to get the job done:
- 3/16" Axle Side Stabilizer Relocation Bracket
- Black Anodized Billet Aluminum Tie Rod Mount
- RockSport Specifically Tuned Steering Damper
- All Mounting Hardware
This system is simple to install and uses the existing factory holes for a bolt-on application.
The RockSport RED steering stabilizer/damper has increased compression and extension damping performance over the original equipment.
The tie rod mount is a two-piece aluminum billet design, is simple to install, and allows you to position the stabilizer for maximum performance. Finished in anodized black with a laser-engraved "M" around the recessed bolt holes for a clean and custom look.
This improved performance will assist in the overall ride and control of your Jeep.
Note: Minimum 2" lift required.
Note: The RockSport steering stabilizer kit works with left-hand drive applications only.
Note: Raised steering stabilizer requires at least 2" of bump stop to clear frame.
Note: The billet tie rod mount does NOT work with factory tie rod.
Note: MetalCloak highly recommends using anti-seize on all billet tie rod mount bolts.

THE TECH
RockSport RED Steering Stabilizer
The RockSport RED JL/JT Steering Stabilizer is specifically tuned for Jeep applications and will reduce bump-steer and vibration better than the OE factory part.
Designed for the rigors of a lifted Jeep that is equipped with oversized off-road tires, the RockSport RED Steering Stabilizer is a fantastic upgrade for Jeeps that stay on the road or go all out when off-roading.
This will reduce the damaging vibration that shortens the life of ball joints, bushings, and other front end components.
The MetalCloak JL/JT Steering Stabilizer Axle Side Mount moves the stabilizer higher and away from its factory location, keeping it out of harm's way and better protected from trail debris. It bolts on using the existing factory holes for a quick, simple install.
Billet Tie Rod Mount
The MetalCloak Billet Steering Stabilizer Tie Rod Mount is designed for the MetalCloak JK Wrangler, JL Wrangler & JT Gladiator Tie Rod. The billet clamp is fitted for 1.625" outer diameter.

Steering Stabilizer Axle Side Mount
The MetalCloak Steering Stabilizer, Axle Side Mount relocates the axle side of the steering stabilizer to better protect the steering stabilizer from debris by moving the stabilizer up and out of harm's way from where the factory steering stabilizer is mounted. Simple to install using existing factory holes for a bolt-on application. The steering stabilizer axle side mount requires a minimum 2" lift.
