The Rear Long Arm Control Arms are equipped with [click for more...] MetalCloak Patented Duroflex™ (metalcloakpatents.com) self-centering composite bushings at one end that give a misalignment of over 34 degrees, The control arms provide a smooth, vibration free ride with the most misalignment available.
The Oversized 1" Heim Joints allow direct bolt on into the RE brackets. Heims utilize carbon fiber-reinforced inserts that reduce wear while eliminating the need for lubrication. Made of strong steel, these rod ends handle higher loads over stainless steel, aluminum, and nylon rod ends. The heim joints are zinc plated to resist corrosion.
The arms are made of strong 1.625 OD x 3/8" Wall DOM Steel and are treated with a Gold Zinc Chromate finish for the best defense against the elements to keep em looking good.

MetalCloak “components” have been proven safe with the FMVSS certificate of safety configured with 37" tires, full body armor and suspension lift.

Rear Upper Long Arm Control Arms

The upgraded MetalCloak upper rear control arms provide additional torque strength support for the main drive axle over the worn out RE parts, allows you to dial in anti-squat and provides a quiet, clunk free, ride quality that you will appreciate.

Duroflex Joints provide a long and quiet service life, while the Heim joints allow direct fitment into existing RE brackets.

1" Oversized Heim Joints

The Heim joints were designed to work with the Rubicon Express suspension misalignment of the rear upper control arms. The Oversized 1" Heim Joint has carbon fiber-reinforced insert reducing wear and eliminates the need for lubrication. Made of strong steel, these rod ends handle higher loads over stainless steel, aluminum, and nylon rod ends. The heim joints are zinc plated to resist corrosion.
