MetalCloak's Extended Corner Guards are designed for modified and stretched Jeep Wrangler Unlimited LJ applications. These corner guards accommodate builds that have added 5" of total length from the forward wheel well opening and wrap from the side around to the rear of your Jeep for maximum protection. The 3/16" steel armor also provides integrated mounting locations for MetalCloak quick-release 4" extended rear flares, with the flare mounting hardware built directly into the protective corner guards.

The corner guards accommodate an additional 5" of stretch from the [click for more...] forward section of the wheel well. Additional strength is gained by reinforcing the factory sheet metal with thick 3/16" hot rolled steel, while the rear flare mounting hardware is built directly into the corner guards.

The corner guards are the foundation for MetalCloak quick-release extended 4" rear flares (sold separately), allowing you to achieve your desired tire coverage or remove the flares altogether for maximum tire clearance while out on the trail.

The corner guards fit cleanly, providing a finished look for a modified and stretched Jeep Wrangler LJ while adding tire clearance by opening up the stock wheel well opening. The corner guards also integrate with MetalCloak rocker rails to create a comprehensive system of body protection.
